THE SEARCH
When I am told, “ask”
I wander like a lost lamb
In the valley of my heart
Where the unnamed yet not strange
River flows.
She puts on the veil
of a Mirror
Hidden in her, are unnamed yet not strange
Rocks, stones, pebbles
Grasses, plants, roots and reptiles.
When I am told, “ask”
I do not know what they are called
I fear even more-
I do not know where they are found.
